Our Shipping Policy

Occasionally it is necessary to impose a shipping surcharge to customers who reside in remote areas that are difficult to reach. We can generally deliver our products to islands and other places that are “off the beaten path,” but if our shipper imposes a surcharge, we reserve the right to pass that charge along to you. If a shipping surcharge applies, we will contact you after you place your order. You will have the option of paying the shipping surcharge or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.

Our Return Policy

Raised Garden Bed Brackets, Just-Add-Lumber Garden Kits, and Automatic Watering Systems purchased from Gardens to Gro may be returned in the original packaging by shipping the product to the following address:

Returned products must be shipped to Gardens To Gro, at the buyer’s expense, within 60 days of the date the buyer received the order. Upon receipt of the product in good condition, Gardens to Gro will provide a full refund for the cost of the product, excluding the cost of shipping.

Complete Garden Kits and 3’x6′ Raised Garden Bed Kits may be returned at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of the date the buyer received the order. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the product in good condition, Gardens to Gro will provide a full refund for the cost of the product, excluding the cost of shipping.
